Rachel Ikemeh studies and monitors threatened wildlife and develops comprehensive conservation plans to protect key habitats and species. As the Executive Director of the South West Niger Forest Project, she and her team work to bring species back from the brink of extinction, increase biological and geographical knowledge, and support local communities.
